FIRST IMPRESSION
The first impression on looking at the website indiantelevision.com is clutter. This is because:

windows are open in all different directions
a consistent feature in flash
banner ads appearing on articles
the font and font sizes being inconsistent throughout
no three main colours on website
use of grey for font in many cases
the sites basic focus being unclear
